So many amazing Lutheran school families and staff shared why they love their Lutheran schools during #NLSW16. Thank you all so much!

During the National Lutheran Schools Week (NLSW) celebration January 25–29, 2016, Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) invited Lutheran schools to upload photos to an LCEF Facebook post showing why they love their Lutheran schools.

There were more than 200 posts sharing examples of why Lutheran education is so loved. On January 29, 2016, ten randomly selected schools were winners of the LCEF NLSW contest. The following schools each won $50 for continued Lutheran education:

  • Gethsemane Lutheran School, Tempe, AZ
  • Martin Luther High School (MLHS), Northrop, MN

  • Concordia Christian Academy, Jonesboro, AR
  • Good Shepherd Lutheran School, Columbia, MO
  • Deshler Lutheran School, Deshler, NE
  • Messiah Lutheran Preschool, Tampa, FL
